When searching for a rental property, it can be a stressful and time-consuming process. Here at Raine & Horne BMN, we would like to make the whole process a little easier.

First thing you need to work out is a rough estimate of how much rent you can afford to pay, the standard of living you require (and any special needs you may have), and where you would like to live.

Our website shows all available properties we have for rent, click the link to be redirected to our Current Available Properties.

Once you have had a look at our website, you can register your interest to view any of our properties listed. There will be scheduled viewings twice a week, morning or afternoon to make sure we are able to cater to most needs. If our listed viewing times are not suitable, please contact our friendly Property Management team to see if we can make a suitable viewing time for you.

We have made the application process a whole lot easier for tenants, we use an online application site called Snug. The user friendly format will guide you through the information required and you can upload your I.D, payslips and any other documents required to apply. To apply click this link - Snug

When we have received your application, you will be notified at each stage of the processing. We may contact you for further information or if we are unable to reach your listed references. Our turn around time on processing is between 24 -72 hours, we understand that you are applying for multiple properties, and would like to know whether you have been approved or not.

If you are approved we will contact you and advise you of the next step. If you have been declined, we will also be in contact via email to advise you.
