Routine Inspections
Initial inspection
6-8 weeks from your lease start date
Notification
An Entry Notice will be sent 2 weeks prior, via email, to all lease holders. A SMS will be sent to all lease holders the Friday before.
• Inspections will be completed 4 monthly and properties will be grouped by area and proximity to each other for convenience. DUE TO THIS, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CHANGE THE DATE OR TIME OF INSPECTIONS.
• Photos are essential so that we can keep a record of you care for the property throughout your tenancy and also many of our Landlords are interstate and it is the only way for them to see their properties.
• Smoke alarms will be visually inspected by the PM attending, if covered/removed, you will be asked to rectify. On second occurrence, a Notice to Remedy Breach will be issued promptly.
