Greetings! I'm Tracey Little, and I am proud to serve as the Property Management Administrator and Receptionist at Raine & Horne Burpengary/Narangba. With over 18 years of experience in the property management industry, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our dynamic team.

In my role, I play a pivotal part in supporting our two senior property managers, ensuring our landlords and tenants receive exceptional service. Here's a glimpse of my responsibilities:

1. Property Enquiry: I am the first point of contact for property enquiries, promptly responding to prospective tenants and clients, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.
2. Open Home Coordination: I meticulously manage the booking of open homes, ensuring that potential tenants can explore the properties we have to offer.
3. Rental Application Processing: I assist in processing rental applications, ensuring a thorough and efficient screening process to find the most suitable tenants for our properties.
4. Tenancy Documentation: I handle the completion of tenancy documentation, including lease agreements and bond payments, ensuring that all legal requirements are met.
5. Maintenance Follow-Up: Timely maintenance is crucial to maintaining the value and appeal of our properties. I take charge of following up on maintenance requests and ensuring they are addressed promptly.
6. Water Invoices: I am responsible for following up water invoices, ensuring prompt and timely payment.

My extensive experience and attention to detail are dedicated to helping our team achieve outstanding results for our landlord clients. I am committed to upholding the highest levels of customer service, along with high integrity and ethical standards, ensuring that both tenants and property owners have a positive and stress-free experience with Raine & Horne Burpengary/Narangba.

Outside of work, I have a passion for baking and often create delightful treats for my friends and family to enjoy. Additionally, I am a licensed marriage celebrant, and I take great joy in helping couples create beautiful wedding ceremonies that mark the beginning of their journey together.
