What I discovered Buying and Moving

• I totally prefer selling property than buying it!

• Having a good broker is a must - especially in the current climate!
• Don’t go for the cheap removalists - use the one your friend highly recommends no matter the cost!
• Things you never realised about your new house will annoy you after you move in - in my first few weeks I’ve had an electrician, plumber and window place out to make it more comfortable...
• Furniture lead times are ridiculous...think 2 plus months, I’m still waiting...
• Unpacking...urghh, need I say anymore!
• There is so many places to change your address with...
• Internet can take weeks to be connected, seriously kids aren’t coping with no Xbox or Netflix (ok maybe mum is not coping with the kids not having it! Lol)
• I still can’t find my favourite belt..
• All your plans will go out the window!

Ok ok, it’s all not that bad - I love our new home and I am looking forward to this being our forever family home and making amazing memories!
