Director Dean Clements commenced his Real Estate career in 1992 at the age of 18.

Dean is a second generation Real Estate agent and has received vigorous grooming and training in the art of negotiation and marketing techniques from a very young age.

Dean loves Real Estate and meeting people and helping them achieve a successful outcome whether buying or selling.

In 2007, Dean Clements opened Raine & Horne Caroline Springs, and at the time commenced operation from the garage of his home… Today Raine & Horne Caroline Springs is located in a high profile location on Caroline Springs Blvd and is responsible for the management of over 300 Rental properties and prides itself on achieving successful sales results for their clients.

Over the years Dean has sold in excess of 2,000 properties in the northern & western suburbs of Melbourne and as a highly experienced Auctioneer he has also appeared on Channel Nine’s Hot Auction Program.

Dean also prides himself on enjoying valuable time with his family and keeps fit by exercising daily & maintaining a healthy eating plan.

Dean’s hobbies include; snow skiing, motorbike riding, 4x4 driving and other outdoor activities with his family.
