For all maintenance requests please download and complete our Maintenance Request Form and return via email.

Terms and Conditions

By submitting a maintenance request form, I acknowledge that:-

• I am requesting Raine & Horne Castle Hill to take steps to have the requested issue/s investigated/fixed;
• I have attempted to troubleshoot solutions that are my responsibility (this includes but is not limited to consulting the user manual for appliances, cleaning filters for air conditioning units, changing light bulbs, checking the fuse box, changing batteries etc);
• The Maintenance Request Form must be completed in full and emailed to [email protected] for Raine & Horne Castle Hill to take any action. Incomplete forms will not be attended to and are automatically declined. Have I completed this form in full?;
• Maintenance requests via SMS, WhatsApp or phone call etc. will not be accepted;
• The Maintenance Request Form must be in a read quality format, low resolution or small files will not be accepted or actioned.
