Kellyville

Kellyville is a major growth area in the Hills District. The suburb comprises of semi-rural, older suburban and modern residences, plus medium-density townhouses and grand homes. Attracting families with its large but affordable housing, Kellyville also offers a wonderful choice of schools, pre-schools and child care centres.

Lying 36 kilometres north-west of the Sydney CBD, the area is well serviced by buses, and the North-West Rail link plans to connect nearby Rouse Hill to the Chatswood line in 2017. Driving into the city is uncomplicated thanks to the M2 Hills Motorway and only takes 35 minutes.

Opportunities for outdoor activities abound in Kellyville, with plenty of parks and reserves. The Bernie Mullane Sporting Complex provides a huge range of sporting services and programs. For local shopping, go no further than Kellyville Plaza, and for a larger shopping centre there is the nearby Rouse Hill Town Centre.
