Requirements when Applying for a Rental Property

Applying for a Rental Property with Raine & Horne

Please be aware that we will require you to complete a Tenant Application Form if you are interested in a property.  You will need to provide the following information for each adult who will be residing at the property.

• 2 rental references
• 3 personal references
• Verification of your employment/source of income
• Current photo identification
• Your signed authorisation to allow us to check your references
• Completion of our '100 Point Check List'
