I fist met Wayne Colley several months ago when my partner and I started our search for property in the Sunshine Coast Hinterland area. The first thing we noticed about Wayne was endearing character to his position as a sales person, he was by far the only the agent who followed up on what he said. We visited many agents in our search for property and many didn't bother to follow us up even when the had our details and email address, coming from Sydney I was surprised to see how lazy they where to help in our property search. Wayne followed up on every enquiry I made to him and always kept me posted on new listings and market updates. We went through several properties with Wayne and his enthusiasm to show the property to us was evident on the first property inspection, he just didn't open the door and leave us to wander around he actually pointed out the features of the property and what benefit it would bring to us. We did find the right property with Wayne, unfortunately our sale of a property in Sydney dragged out longer than expected and we missed out purchasing through Wayne. I would thoroughly recommend Wayne without reservation to anyone who is looking to buy or sell property.

Still Catching Our Breath... From the moment we signed up with Wayne he was ready and rearing to go. He had impressed us with his enthusiasm during our agent short-listing, but you can never know if that enthusiasm is going to wane (no pun intended) once you're signed up.
