My initial contact with Glenn Miller was when I bought the property at 16 Rectory Street Pomona, some 8 years previous. He was reliable and professional then, albeit working for another agency. Over the years Glenn relocated, work wise, a few times, but has always stayed in Pomona as far as I am aware. Occasionally I met him in the street when I was in town ( The Rectory street property was tenanted and I managed it myself). He was always friendly and welcoming. Raine and Horne are now the only Real Estate agent located in Pomona, and Glenn is a huge asset for the agency, in my view. His local knowledge is immense and his quiet and unassuming manner is very much appreciated in a world of high pressure sales people. I'm not the easiest of clients to deal with as I'm something of a "detail freak", and I also have been known to change my mind from time to time! I was also on a tight budget re marketing, and limited Glenn to one sign outside the property, and it was to be freeby R&H sign, not a customized model. Glenn did not argue, but quietly got on with the job. In the Real Estate world, he is a rarity and I would have no doubts at all about referring him on - I have indeed done so already within my family. So, thank you Glenn!

Glenn Millard marketed and sold my house in Cooran, Noosa. I live in the UK and this can be quite difficult. However Glenn kept me informed, responded to queries within 24 hours, helped with Appraisals and was always polite and professional. If selling your house, you can't go wrong with Glenn.

We were very grateful to Glenn for suggesting we submit a contract for the property we wanted, despite the fact that it had recently gone under contract with another purchaser. Glenn said " You never know what may happen so if you really like the home it would be worthwhile to place a contract." If we hadn't done this we may well have missed out. Glenn has always been prompt in answering any questions we have asked of him 24/7. We have felt fully supported through the whole process and we have really appreciated Glenn's sincere and calm manner. When you are purchasing a home from interstate it puts a lot more pressure on the real estate agent re communication. Glenn kept me on track re time deadlines and linking up with a Pomona solicitor. His communications were succinct and non invasive. He has been a true gentleman during the last few months. I would say he is a true asset to Raine and Horne - a keeper.
