  • Rent collection & financial statements

We understand that accurate and timely financial management of your rental income is important. Our team can take care of all aspects of managing your property including the timely collection of rent, as well as the payment of rate notices, insurance and service charges. Additionally, we provide regular and easy to read statements via email or post, detailing all income and expenditure associated with your investment property. You have access, at all times to the Property Me Management site for real time information about your investment property. This will ensure that any reporting requirements at tax time are a breeze.


  • Routine Inspections

Our aim is to maximise the rental return on your investment. During our regular quarterly routine inspections, we assess how well your tenant is looking after your rental property and determine if there are any maintenance issues or repairs that require attention. You will receive a thorough report following each inspection detailing the condition of the property, photos, and information regarding maintenance; both current and preventative. A detailed inspection will also be carried out at the beginning of the tenancy, and upon the tenant vacating, prior to the release of the bond.

  • Repairs and Maintenance

We will facilitate all maintenance and repairs at your property by our team of reliable and qualified tradespeople. With your permission, repairs, restoration and maintenance tasks will be carried out promptly to help increase the value of your property. Where required, we can arrange quotes and keep you informed throughout the process. We believe in taking a proactive approach to property repairs and maintenance as an important  way of saving hundred of dollars in emergency repairs should repairs they be ignored.

  • Lease renewal and rent reviews

Prior to the expiry of the lease, we will contact you to discuss the renewal of the Lease Agreement. During this discussion, we will also inform you of any changes to market conditions and make suitable recommendations to the current weekly rent. Once this has been established, we will then contact the tenant, issue the appropriate notices and arrange for the new Lease Agreement to be signed.

  • We will not automatically renew your lease without specific instruction.
  • Our property managers are constantly receiving market updates and data on which they base any recommendations, as well as up to the minute advice on rental levels, vacancy rates.
