Lee Ann Wortley
Lee Ann’s work background began in 2003 working for Native Title sector of Queensland Government where she was for 6 years. She then felt a career change was needed and went onto working in the Aboriginal Community Housing sector from Melbourne to Tennant Creek for a further 7 Years, before coming across to the Property Managers role in the Real-Estate industry.
With the understanding of different cultures and how to build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, the role was a perfect fit for Lee Ann. She is constantly striving to deliver a high standard of customer service and believes that strong communication and going that extra mile is the key to success.
She likes to stay active and has played softball throughout all of her life including in Queensland, Alice Springs and now in Darwin for St Mary’s where they have won the 2020 Grand finals, this was a great achievement with many more to come. Spending time with her children and grandchildren are always a priority for Lee Ann.
Lee Ann has always wanted to move to the Northern Territory to make a difference within Aboriginal Community Housing. She made the first step by finally moving to Tennant Creek in 2017 and then moved to Darwin in 2019, only to now call it home.
