Kristina joins the Raine & Horne Dee Why/Collaroy team as an experienced Property Manager, after spending a few years throughout other regions of Sydney Kristina decided to settle in Dee Why and forms an integral part of our Property Management department. Working exclusively with landlords and tenants, Kristina enjoys the challenge of ensuring all properties receive their scheduled routines, maintenance and general management duties in a timely manner and with the care that they deserve

Kristina’s optimistic, can-do attitude and caring nature enable her to easily identify her client’s needs and wants. Constantly keeping abreast of market trends and industry news, Kristina is able to skilfully guide her clients towards their real estate goals and ensure that they maximize the return on their investment.
