Dean Clements’s dad gave him two weeks after the ‘pens down’ of VCE. Choose a career or real estate chooses you. There were no lightbulb moments in that fortnight. So while his mates continued partying that summer, Dean became a second generation real estate agent.

That was over 25 years ago. And to this day, real estate fits Dean like a glove. Partly because he grew up immersed in the industry but mostly because he has the attributes that matter – he’s persistent, motivated and seriously hard working.

And Dean’s been reunited with his first boss (our Director, Ken Grech), the bloke who gave him his start as a rental assistant back in the 90s.
