We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our firm. While the responsibilities of the BDM are varied, you will primarily be responsible for implementing and devising innovative strategies to achieve an increase in net management revenue.  This will include networking, canvassing, advertising, delivering presentations and other means of generating interest from potential clients. You will also be responsible for strategic planning with respect to developing the pipeline of new business coming into the company. This requires a thorough knowledge of the real estate market, the solutions/services the company can provide, and of the company’s competitors.

Responsible for working in a team, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment and loyalty and perform all duties in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives.
