Raine&Horne Dubbo is excited to announce that we are looking for a "Commercial/Industrial Property Manager" to join our award-winning Team.

The Role:

As a potential Commercial/Industrial Property Manager, you would assume responsibility for various commercial and industrial properties as directed by the company. Your day-to-day involvement will encompass a range of administrative tasks including but not limited to:

Overseeing the comprehensive performance of property management and building services operations across the portfolio.

Establishing and maintaining strong connections with owners, occupiers, and operational personnel, addressing all facets of property management such as lease activities, compliance, lease renewals, rent reviews, and preparation of legal documentation.
Compiling detailed monthly reporting packs for property owners.
Supervising all financial transactions associated with managed buildings, ensuring proper authorization of payments and effective debt collection.
Cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.

About You:

The successful applicant would require the following:

Proven background in a Commercial Property Management preferred, however training can be offered to the right candidate.
Demonstrated ability to handle client expectations, manage multiple projects, and meet stringent deadlines.
Solid financial expertise, encompassing a grasp of cash and accrual accounting/financial reporting.
Proactive, approachable, and professionally inclined, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
Effective communication skills coupled with the ability to foster productive working relationships.
Possession of a Real Estate Licence preferred, but if not training can be offered to the successful applicant to acquire the required certificates .
