Ashleigh loves property management because of the constant new challenges and opportunities for growth, along with the rewarding elements of the profession which are professional development, problem solving and diversity of tasks. She highly values building good relationships with both tenants and owners.

Ashleigh is always on the go even when she is not at work. Most mornings she is up and about getting in some exercise. She enjoys spending her personal time with her husband and two boys going to theme parks, travelling and keeping social with their friends and family.
