Raine & Horne Essendon Competition Conditions

The promoter is: RH Master Advocates Pty Ltd Trading As Raine & Horne Pty Ltd whose registered office is at
1134c Mt Alexander Road, Essendon, VIC 3040.
The competition is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or over except employees of Raine & Horne Essendon and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Closing date for entry will be a date and time published and or communicated both in writing and verbally in person or video broadcast and to be via any individual or all of the avenues, platforms and routes at AEST and as listed in condition five (5) as above. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

Enter the skill test required and or complete an entry ticket/raffle draw provided and submit your contact name, phone and email contact details as required (some circumstances to enter one may also be required to “like” and/or “submit an image/story and tag” the Raine&Horne Essendon current and official social media platforms [Facebook, Linked In, Instagram or Google+ pages and/or provide a review of services or event activity provided] at any competition held by the promoter Raine&Horne Essendon anywhere in Australia. Requirements of the competition are subject to change depending on the event and theme of the venue or subject/topic that Raine&Horne Essendon are running the competition in connection with. Any competition requirement particular details that can vary per event will be published and or communicated before and/or at the event, in writing and verbally in person or video broadcast and to be via any individual or all of the avenues, platforms and routes at AEST and as listed in condition five (5) as above.

The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
The prize is as follows:

The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

Winners will be chosen: by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter Raine&Horne Essendon and or by the team of management or Directors/Principals of Raine&Horne Essendon.
The winner will be notified by email and/or Direct Messenger on Facebook and/or by phone or text and within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner at any time without notice.
The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current [Australian] data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Raine & Horne Essendon will judge the competition and decide on the winner.
Raine & Horne Essendon’s decision as to those able to take part and selection of winners is final. No correspondence relating to the competition will be entered into.
Raine & Horne Essendon shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage and or official social network platforms as listed in condition five (5) as above.
Raine & Horne Essendon also reserves the right to cancel the competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
