With already 10 years successfully employed at Raine & Horne's Gisborne, Lynda has a brilliant understanding of the inner workings of the office and now she proudly steps into the role of Property Manager ready to take on the challenges of the rental department.

Already with her strong experience in property management, she's well equipped to handle the busy department, where she's responsible for a wide range of activities including listing properties, managing the growing rent roll, lease renewals, rental arrears, and handling maintenance issues and inspections for new and current tenants. Lynda also regularly attends training sessions at Raine & Horne’s head office in Melbourne to continue to upgrade her knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act.

Across them all, Lynda applies the same high levels of professionalism to get the job done right every time. At the heart of her approach is always to try to accommodate both her owners and tenants alike, and she prides herself on being happy and enthusiastic. Most of all, she's enjoying continuing to learn on a daily basis, which will give her the necessary skills to provide an even better level of service to clients and staff.

Excited about her new future direction with Raine & Horne, Lynda is also a big fan of the AFL and loves heading to the games to watch them live when possible. She also enjoys live music and concerts, in between spending time with her family.
