Key Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate (preferred but not essential)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanour

• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Drivers Licence
