Real Estate Receptionist/Sales Administration Assistant

Raine & Horne is currently in a period of growth and are looking for a motivated, reliable and highly organised individual to join our award winning team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support to our agents, ensuring smooth daily operations

Manage listings, contracts, and settlement processes with accuracy and attention to detail
-
Liaise with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of property transactions
-
Maintain office records and handle all paperwork related to property sales
-
Coordinate appointments, property inspections, and other real estate events
-
Assist with marketing, including updating property listings, social media, and brochures
-
General office duties such as answering calls and emails, filing, and data entry
Key Requirements:
-
Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in real estate (preferred but not essential)

Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor

Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Drivers Licence
