Raine & Horne appoints National Digital & Social Media Manager

Raine & Horne has shown its commitment to strategic social and digital growth with the appointment of Mr Michael Carroll as National Digital & Social Media Manager. 

Announcing the new position Mr Angus Raine, Executive Chairman, Raine & Horne, noted that Mr Carroll’s appointment coincides with the massive growth of the Group. “With our network growing and the nature of real estate evolving rapidly, Michael’s appointment will allow for the development of our offices in the digital space.” 

Mr Raine continued, “Over the past year, we saw our organic search engine traffic increase by 26%. With our SEO performance ranking at the top of major real estate groups, Michael’s depth of social media and digital experience will maximise this traffic.” 

Mr Carroll joins Raine & Horne’s marketing team from McGrath where he was Digital Marketing Manager. With 11 years of social and digital marketing experience across the entertainment, finance, technology, and real estate sectors, Mr Carroll brings a competitive edge to the network. 

Ms Georgia Dunwoodie, National Marketing Manager, Raine & Horne, said “Michael’s appointment will add to the strength of our existing team. We are looking forward to evolving our digital brand to reflect the industry leading service that we offer.”

Mr Raine noted that building out the marketing offering was imperative to cater for the rapidly growing network. “With 33 offices having opened this year so far, we need to have a competitive advantage in the support that we provide.”

Mr Carroll is excited by the prospect of his new role, which is a natural next step in his career trajectory. “The Raine & Horne brand is synonymous with Australian real estate and I’m looking forward to developing the brand’s digital presence to become highly competitive amongst other players in the industry.”

Raine & Horne has become industry known for their one-stop digital marketing shop with inhouse development of digital proposal tool DigiKitPlus and the industry-first AI digital marketing technology, Amplify. The introduction of Canva and Mr Carroll provide an additional depth to this offering.
