Born in a small time called Porirua, New Zealand, and educated at Porirua College, Zeb made the move to Australia in 1999. After 10 years in Western Sydney, he relocated to Goulburn in 2008 with his young family, a move that sparked a deep passion for the Southern Tablelands and Canberra region. With its strong community spirit and natural beauty, Zeb found not just a new home, but a place where he could thrive both personally and professionally.

Zeb's success is built on a combination of experience, genuine enthusiasm for real estate, and a results-focused approach. His easygoing nature, sense of humour, strong work ethic, and exceptional negotiation skills make the process of buying, selling, or renting property a smooth and enjoyable experience for his clients.

Under his leadership, Raine & Horne Goulburn & Gungahlin proudly sponsors a variety of local sporting clubs and initiatives, including the Goulburn Bulldogs Rugby League team, Headspace Goulburn, and Zeb’s own junior team, the Goulburn Stockmen Under 7s “Mustangs”, which he also coaches.
