Julie was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the process of purchasing our property. She replied to all queries quickly and efficiently and kept us updated regularly. No request was too difficult, with Julie happily helping to arrange measurements, carpet cleaning and various replacement fittings for us (as we didn't live locally) before settlement.
