Hardworking and enthusiastic Ray is ready to please. Ray’s ten years’ experience in property management has been quite diverse. It has included working in mainstream real estate offices, assisting refugees securing properties after arriving in Australia as well as assisting tenants in social housing to sustain their tenancies. We welcome Ray back to our office after working closer to home during COVID.

Ray’s calm and understanding manner is evident as soon as you meet him. He has a detailed knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act and leads by example ensuring legal and ethical responsibilities are met. Committed to delivering the desired results, Ray thrives on working with landlords and tenants and the challenges working in property management brings.
