If you are considering renting a property with us, it is a requirement that you view the property before applying or alternatively have someone view it on your behalf.

 Step 1: Visit our website to and locate the property under our rentals page, click on the 'Book Inspection' button and follow the instructions.

If there are no inspections available; we kindly ask you to register your details and in the comment section add your upcoming availability and any other information that will help us.

 Step 2: Once you have viewed the property; you will receive an email with a unique link for you to apply for the property.   

What information should be given when applying?

 Proof of identity

This is very important to provide, Proof of identify is based on a 100 point identity check.  Please click here to look at the list of documentation to make up the 100 points.

 Proof of income

  • Payslips
  • Employment contract
  • Centrelink statement
  • Tax Notice of Assessment
  • Scholarship Letter
  • Statutory Declaration 
  • Workers Compensation letter
  • Bank Statement (optional)       
  • Any other evidence showing proof

Current and/or Previous living arrangements

  • Lease Agreement 
  • Rental Ledger
  • References from the Landlord/Owners
  • References from Property Managers
  • Mortgage Contract
  • A Property Title

A current copy of your Personal Information Report

  • Tasmanian Residents can obtain one from Tas Collection Service
  • Interstate or International Applicants can use Equifax

 List any dependants under the age of 18 year’s old and/or pets that will be living in the household

Useful tips:

  • When applying please submit details for each adult 18 years or older wishing to reside in the property. 
  • In order to process your application; make sure to complete all sections as needed and upload the documents before submitting.
  • Let your referees know that have been added to the application and check their email and phones numbers are correct.
Are you a first time renting and don’t have a rental reference?
