HOW IS BUSINESS AT OUR CENTRE?

I have been asked a few questions about how business is going in Innisfail while this pandemic has been going on. Not just with Raine & Horne Innisfail but with our local businesses as well. So I asked my local businesses in our shopping centre how they have coped.

At 180 Edith Street, we have a busy little Business centre during 'normal times' with Cignall Innisfail, Wobble In Bicycles and Cassowary Coast Physiotherapy.

During the pandemic I asked a few of our friendly neighbours how they had been coping. Peter and Nicole at Wobble In Bicycles have said, that they have been flat out. They have sold most of the bikes they had in stock and are waiting on orders to come in, and with business being extremely good, we hope to see it continue.

At Cignall, Ian has said we are busy as ever.

With our car park being at full capacity almost daily it has been great to see.

Cassowary Coast Physiotherapy joining the fold, I have noticed that the increase in cars to the carpark has maintained as things start to return to normal.

It is good to see our community has been so supportive of all our local businesses in the area. As a whole however we are saddened by many businesses who have closed their doors, from pubs to restaurants and we hope to see them reopen soon, so we can once again support all in our local community.

With that in mind we would like to extend our helping hand to all our local businesses in need, as our landlord here at 180 Edith street would like to help bring further businesses to our complex, with a few shops available to rent in the building.

We hope to see everyone again at our reefs and beautiful beaches from Kurrimine Beach to Cardwell Beach, enjoy the National Parks, and many off road experiences the Cassowary Coast has to offer.
