Denise Varigos

Sales Partner

Before arriving in this wonderful town in 2002, Denise had spent her entire life in Melbourne. She came to Ipswich to manage the family business and was immediately infatuated by the unique architecture of the classic Queenslander and colonial houses, so prevalent in Ipswich. Over a period of sixteen years, she has owned and lovingly and respectfully restored more than a half a dozen such houses; the earliest built in 1893 and the most recent, 1926. Two of her houses were designed by the early Ipswich architect, George Brockwell-Gill. Denise is also involved with the National Trust in Ipswich, being active in all the Great Houses of Ipswich open house days since their inception.

Her formal qualifications in Design & Fine Arts have instilled in her an innate ability to provide her vendors with invaluable artistic insight into the styling and presentation of all types of homes, from the sleek open-plan modern brick homes to the grand old colonial ladies of yesteryear. The outcome of the application of her knowledge is an outstanding result for her clients, time after time.

Denise is an exceptional and professional real estate agent, who, from her personal experiences, understands the respective concerns of both vendors and potential buyers.  Just ask her past clients!  They can attest to the fact that you are in experienced and safe hands.
