Arrears management is an important aspect of the daily management of your rental property. We work within the guidelines of the rental bond authority to manage arrears.
Rental Reviews - Raine & Horne Real Estate
Rent reviews are conducted at the end of each lease and certainly when sourcing new tenants for your property. You will be advised of current market conditions and average rentals for the area.
Matters of maintenance which require immediate attention will be attended to by either your preferred trades’ people, or our office contractors.
Other maintenance issues of a less urgent nature will allow us time to contact you and make you aware of the issue, allow us to provide quotes and wait for your go-ahead before we proceed with the repair.
We have several qualified handy-man that we can use to save costs on professional trades-men when required.
Review of all Lease Agreements at Raine & Horne, Kingaroy Real Estate
At the end of each lease agreement we will contact you to discuss your requirements. At this time you can advise us of your requirement and the length of the lease you wish to have for your investment property.
