*NOTE: It is a requirement that you view the property, or have someone view it on your behalf, before we can process your application.

In order to process your application we need the following documents to be submitted along with the completed and signed application form:

• A current Credit Check (Tas Collection Service, 29 Argyle St, Hobart for Tas or VEDA www.mycreditfile.com.au for mainland),
• Proof of income e.g. payslips, group certificate, Centrelink statement or bank statement (OPTIONAL),
• Current photo ID (Passport, Driver's License, Student ID etc)
