Led by the Licensee Mr Sam Karatasas who has looked after my place like it was his own for the last 30 years. In all that time, I cannot recall any reason to question their management. Their professionalism in leasing and maintenance has always ensured my tenants were happy, which resulted in my property occupied for a very long time with little or no vacancy.
