With 12 years experience in real estate, Carolyn loves nothing more than helping buyers and sellers on their property journey.

Described as incredibly hard-working, friendly, and genuine, Carolyn has sold everything from retirement villas to country pubs.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Carolyn dabbled in many business ventures including hair salons, pubs, dairy farming and horticultural contracting.

Joining the real estate industry in early 2012 having just made the move across the ditch from New Zealand to Australia, Carolyn spent 3 years honing her skills in real estate at one of Maitland's top agencies.

Now the proud Director of two Raine & Horne agencies, Carolyn embraces her position with a passion and desire to be a great Raine & Horne sales agent.

In 2024 Carolyn was inducted for the first time into the elite Raine & Horne Chairmans Club, a prestigious group created to award Raine & Horne’s top performers, and was recognised as the 9th top selling Principal in NSW/ACT for the 2023 calendar year.
