Ryan Mitchell is a multiple award-winning Property Manager and Co-Director / Head of Property Management for Kurri Kurri and Muswellbrook agencies.

Joining our team in 2019 after working across various agencies in the Hunter, Ryan became a Co-Director just one year later.

With over 13 years experience in residential Property Management, Ryan has literally seen and heard it all. His innate knowledge and understanding of tenancy legislation, ability to problem solve and take charge in a crisis, and remain a fair and ethical party in tenant and landlord negotiations are his biggest strengths.

A process and system driven property manager, Ryan instills the values of being a team player, treating every client equally no matter who they are, and being proactive instead of reactive across his team of 5 property managers.

A multiple award winner, Ryan was named Property Manager of the Year at the 2020 and 2021 AREA Excellence Awards, a prestigious annual national awards show hosted by realestate.com.au.

His team were also awarded Outstanding Property Management Department at the Raine & Horne NSW Awards in 2021 and 2023.

In 2023, Ryan was invited to guest speak at AREC, Australia's largest real estate conference, where he presented to a packed theatre of property managers on how to achieve success in property management.

In 2024, Ryan was inducted for the first time into the elite Raine & Horne Chairmans Club, a prestigious group created to award Raine & Horne’s top performers.

Based in Kurri Kurri with his young family, Ryan is an avid walker in his spare time and is currently enjoying the challenge of renovating his Federation era home.
