Our Director & Head of Property Management, Ryan Mitchell presented to a packed theatre over the weekend at the national 2023 AREC Conference.

Billed as Australia’s biggest real estate conference, more than 4,000 real estate professionals converged on the Gold Coast for the two-day event to learn from a range of inspiring speakers.

Excitement was palpable for this year’s event with it being AREC’s 25^th anniversary and the famous names of Reece Witherspoon and Caitlin Jenner secured as keynote speakers.

Presenting on Day 2 of the conference, Ryan took to the stage within the dedicated property management theatre room covering topics from creating a connected office culture to being adaptable to new technology to lift your service level.

Ryan was clear that it doesn’t matter where you come from or how big your agency is, if you get the foundations of your business right then success will follow.

Raised in Toronto and now a Kurri Kurri local, Ryan began his career in real estate over 10 years ago, working his way from the ground up to now be a Director of two Raine & Horne agencies alongside Co-Director, Carolyn Wallis-Tomlins.

In 2020 & 2021 Ryan achieved his biggest accolade to date, winning Property Manager of the Year twice in a row at the AREA Excellence Awards, a national event hosted by Realestate.com.au.

After presenting at AREC 2023 over the weekend, Ryan has emerged as a leading authority within the Property Management industry and we couldn't be prouder of his achievements.
