Brandon is a senior business and people leader with a quantifiable track record over 20 years’ of consistently delivering solid results, through transforming businesses, instilling strategic vision, developing teams, and empowering people, at times in ambiguous and complex environments to achieve competitive market gain.

Brandon is Raine & Horne Maclean, Yamba, Iluka’s Managing Director, and leads the team of fourteen highly skilled Sales Agents, Property Managers and Operational Staff.

With extensive experience running large multi-billion-dollar balance sheets, Brandon drives improvements in P&L performance, managing budgets, regulatory compliance, and presenting analytical insights and progression.

Shortly after joining the business, Brandon conducted an in-depth review of the business and formulated a comprehensive, multi-year strategic plan which was the catalyst for the rebranding exercise, which saw the 50+ year business evolve from LJ Hooker Maclean to Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka as it is known today.

Brandon’s leadership style of engaging others, listening, observing, showing empathy, and providing tools and technology solutions to assist with change management, has enabled the business to progress rapidly and grow strength on strength.

Born and raised in a small town in country Victoria, Brandon grew up understanding the importance of community, empathy, patience, resilience, gratitude and hard work.

Migrating north to the Clarence Valley in 2021 with his wife and born and raised local, Abby Bourke, the pair seized the opportunity to partner with locally owned and operated business, Raine & Horne – Maclean, Yamba, Iluka and provide their young son Harvey, with a coastal regional upbringing.

Passionate about community and giving back, Brandon volunteers much of his time supporting Charitable organisations, local sporting clubs, and Community groups. As an AFL supporter himself, Brandon is a founding member and Vice-President of the Lower Clarence Suns Junior AFL Club, with a vision of helping build a high-quality, family friendly, positive cultured AFL club to benefit the community and league in the Clarence Valley.

Outside of the business and volunteering, Brandon spends his spare time with family, enjoys travel, and being connected to the environment, whether in his own garden or at one of the many amazing local vantage points across the Clarence Valley.
