Lauren Coldwell

Born on the Central Coast and raised in the small town of Tumbi Umbi, Lauren moved to the Clarence Valley at the age of 15 when her family relocated in search of a great place to raise their children. She has now called the region home for over 12 years and lives in Townsend with her son, Sandon.

Deeply connected to the local area, she loves spending her free time with family and friends and feels most at home by the ocean. A beach lover at heart, she believes the Clarence Valley with its stunning coastline and strong sense of community is one of the best places to live and raise a family.

Prior to joining the Raine & Horne Maclean, Yamba, Iluka team as Sales Support Officer, Lauren spent over eight years within a local Pharmacy in Yamba, where she built meaningful relationships with many local residents. Through this experience, she developed a strong background in customer service, administration, and team support.

With a keen eye for detail and a passion for helping people, Lauren is excited to be a part of the real estate industry and contribute to a business that reflects her core values of care, integrity, connection, and community.
