Eric has been in the Real Estate industry for over 42 years, and has managed or owned 8 businesses during that time. Retiring to Mandurah 13 years ago seemed like a fabulous idea. However, 7 years ago Eric decided that life was too quiet and took up his passion for project developments again.
Offering a wealth of experience, Eric specialises in land subdivisions, unit developments and mortgagee sales and has successfully handled 4 large subdivisions between Collie and Mandurah in recent times. He is currently involved in the Melros Subdivision and a housing development in South Yunderup.
