Marketing and negotiation is Randolph's major strengths which is why he has achieved at times the lowest days on market in the Peel/Murray region along with sales results that are defying local market trends. Randolph believes great customer service, innovative & modern marketing are key factors in selling properties today where sellers deserve premium prices in shorter time frames.

Randolph understands the time constraints placed on individuals and families and the customer service required in today’s fast paced economy. He offers his clients realestate services 7 x days a week. (When possible) with options to communicate by email, phone, text messaging and through social media.

He prides himself on keeping his buyers and sellers up to date with comprehensive market appraisals, property reports, local area information and anything in between.

Randolph has a diverse background and can easily communicate and relate to anyone at any level. He thoroughly enjoys meeting and building relationships with people from all walks of life.

Randolph is actively involved in the community by volunteering and sponsoring local sporting clubs. He previously coached basketball and football in the last 5 x years and will continue to help children enjoy sporting activities.
