She was also instrumental in providing advice on preparing a property for sale, coordinating this preparation, and conducting the sales campaign. Initially we had 3 other agents appraise our property, all of which came in below the range you gave us. Amazingly you achieved $50 per week more than your nearest rival agency. THAT’S $2,600 A YEAR MORE. Not only that, you found a perfect tenant and had them signed to a 12 month lease under one week. We now fully appreciate you explaining to us that the cheapest is not the best. Although your commission was slightly higher than one of your competitors we are still way better off than we would have been if we hadn’t of chosen you and your professional team. Delivered exactly what was promised! Raine & Horne Manly recently sold one of our investment properties after managing it for over 12 years. Firstly, Marlena Sait and her team are amazing managing agents. We have never had a bad tenant in any of our properties and the rents have always been paid on time. As an added bonus, Marlena's network of tradesman for repairs and maintenance have always carried out great work at competitive pricing. Not once did Toby set any unrealistic expectations or attempt to back away from original promises. What a pain in the arse, sorry, I haven't used the kitchen in so long that I didn't even know the light was out!! Anyway, I really appreciate you going above and beyond.
