April Auction Wrap Up

Five properties were sold at Raine&Horne Marrickville’s April Auction night. Held at the City Fringe Auction Rooms on Wednesday evening, four residential properties were sold with the fifth property, a commercial listing, being sold by Raine&Horne Commercial South Sydney / Marrickville.

A strong crowd of prospective purchasers came along to watch the action unfold. There was plenty of action on the auction floor, as property after property was ticked off the run sheet as being sold.

One of the main highlights of the night was the sale of 303/5-13 Garners Avenue, Marrickville which sold for a record breaking $610,000, the highest result for a two bedroom apartment in the complex.

It was a very successful and busy night. Bidder registrations on the night were higher than expected; another positive sign of the growing strength in the local property market.
