There were 8 registered parties on the night and very competitive bidding on this master built home. The final result was testament to the successful result collaboration of the Raine&Horne in Marrickville team.

41/1 Coronation Avenue, Petersham saw the most competitive bidding of the evening, selling above reserve for $751,000. Another spectacular result for the Eversleigh Estate.

The most popular property of the night was 5 Byrnes Street, Marrickville with 20 registered bidders throwing their hat in the ring to take home this property. A smart bidding strategy saw this property sell for an outstanding price well above expectations.
