July Auction Wrap Up

In other news 11/2 Henson Street, Marrickville was sold this week. The property was listed for sale at $439,000  and opened only once, for an exclusive viewing for buyers registered on the Raine&Horne Global Database.  The two bedroom apartment was an instant hit and caught the interest of buyers straight away. A lack of apartments entering the market is creating strong demand and the property was successfully sold for $450,000 well above the original asking price.
