Winter has arrived and although the colder weather is setting in, the local property market is still performing strongly.

May was a record-breaking month of results for our team and set a new benchmark across the local area. In total, we sold 25 properties totalling over $35,000,000.00 worth of residential real estate.

It’s a very big number and we wanted to provide some further context for you. In May we:

Received 1,612 property enquiries over the property marketing campaigns
Met over 1,300 people at our open homes
178 people registered to bid at our auctions
