A leasing specialist with a passion for real estate in the Inner West, James’ great communication skills and industry knowledge make him an ideal Property Manager. As a local resident, he knows the area extremely well and has a great understanding of its people and property, and how to get the best value from leasing a home.

At the heart of James’ approach is his ability to build strong relationships with both landlords and tenants. He has a natural flair for matching people with properties and has a hard work ethic and attention to detail, gained from 20 years as a professional chef.

James brings a genuine interest in making a difference to people’s lives and helping them achieve their property goals. He is also excited to be a part of the Raine & Horne Marrickville team because of its reputation for delivering specialised management and leasing services to the Inner West.
