Things have been quite busy down at Tempe’s new residential village, The Quarry, over the last week.

There has been an overwhelming response from the market with solid numbers attending inspections of the development.

‘We were extremely pleased to have 70  groups of buyers come along on the first day to inspect the residences,’ said Alex Vrisakis, Project Sales Manager from Raine&Horne Projects.

Owners, agents and buyers alike were all impressed by what they saw on offer during the inspection. “We received some very positive feedback from the community,” said Mr. Vrisakis.

“People commented favourable on the quality finishes and spacious design of the residences. Many of the buys were all so impressed by the way the design of the development integrates into the existing environment, with the original sandstone a prominent feature throughout the common gardens.”

Buyers came from all corners of the Inner West and beyond and many ended their property search on Saturday after their inspection The Quarry.

“We have had buyers who have been looking everywhere from Randwick to Mascot and Botany to St. Peters who have loved what they saw at The Quarry so much that they purchased within 24hrs of inspecting a residence at The Quarry,” said Luke Smith, Licensee In Charge at Raine&Horne Projects.
