We’re searching for a motivated, people-focused Sales Associate to work alongside one of the Inner West’s leading agents, Filippo D’Arrigo.

This is a hands-on, high-energy role where you’ll be in the thick of the action every day — learning the craft, building your skills, and setting yourself up to become a top-performing agent.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Making outbound calls to buyers, sellers, and prospects

- Attending appointments and inspections with Filippo

- Joining appraisals and learning how to win listings

- Assisting with open homes and buyer follow-up

- Building relationships and expanding the client database

- Training and development to become a fully-fledged sales agent

What We’re Looking For

- Confident communicator with a positive, can-do attitude

- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence

- Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
