A FEW WORDS FROM THE OWNER:

The following established fruit trees, require little more than a summer prune after fruiting for the stone fruits, and the odd clip for the citrus.

Mango

Avocado

Cherry

Red Plum

2 Apples

Peach (plus a second small one not yet fruiting out the back)

2 Nectarines

2 Lemons (different types for staggered fruiting)

Mandarin (seedless)

Lime

Cumquat

Orange

Grapefruit

Fig

Bay Tree

Even after feeding the family and freezing, dehydrating etc produce for use out of season there is always plenty to share with friends. It’s amazing how much produce can be grown successfully in the three garden beds with minimal effort. Note that my water bill even after looking after the yard still shows our usage is much less than for a standard household with the same number of people.

The chicken yard easily houses a dozen hens who scratch happily in their
