Sam Bruton has two great passions: real estate and surfing. Sam was born and raised on the Northern Beaches into a family entrenched in the property industry. Real estate was a topic of conversation at the dinner table on many occasions. But, when Sam left school, it was his passion in surfing that he pursued. 

Sam began his career for a leading brand within the surf industry, working his way from the warehouse through to the marketing department before having the opportunity to travel the world in a global marketing role. 

Sam completed a Bachelor of Business with an advanced diploma in Marketing and Advertising and purchased his first property in Newport at the age of 24. It was at that time he decided to leave the surf industry and opted to take on a marketing role for an agency in North Sydney specialising in marketing new residential property developments.

This experience provided him intricate knowledge of which marketing and advertising tactics work best with prospective buyers, and taught him how much of a important role marketing plays in the sale of a property. he now  applies such marketing knowledge and experience to every property he is entrusted with. 

After a period in residential sales and letting in London, Sam returned to his beloved Northern Beaches. Since then he's built a solid base of loyal clients who love that under his easy-going nature lies a strong work ethic, commitment and motivation to achieve results. 

When Sam's not working you'll find him surfing the local beaches, keeping fit at the gym or hanging with friends.
