Des Besanko is the working Managing Director of Qld Property & Management Pty Ltd trading as Raine & Horne Mackay, Raine & Horne Mackay Beaches, Raine & Horne Moranbah and Raine & Horne Commercial Mackay, Raine & Horne Brisbane Central, Raine & Horne Springfield, Raine & Horne Goodna and Raine & Horne Ipswich.

Des has over 25 years of exposure to Commercial property. He had been a self employed Accountant and Business Manager for five years and before that, another 11 years working for various companies, including property owners and developers. He become an Owner & business partner of the single business of another national franchise group in Mackay in 2001, then grew the business into a ’mini group’ of 7 franchise offices. With a recent expansion and addition of a Springfield office, Des has re-branded his group under the Raine & Horne banner.

Whilst the various offices have teams that look after all property needs, Des Besanko specialises in both Commercial/Industrial/Retail Sales and Leasing.
