Kelly joined the family business in 1986, in 1992 she attended UWS to attain the necessary educational requirements for her real estate agent and stock & station agents licence. 

Kelly is a second generation agent becoming the proprietor of Raine & Horne Moree in 2008 due to succession planning and is proud of the fact that the business in 2025 celebrated 50 years of ownership by the Atkins family.   

Kelly is a Justice of the Peace, is married to Geoff and has two children - Tom and Max. She enjoys a power walk early each morning with the family dog, Meg.  Kelly strives to provide a high quality of service and invites you to share in her experience gained over three decades in the industry.
